We do not share or sell any information to third parties. For your protection, we use third-party banking to verify payment and do not store any financial information on our servers.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Blue SteelCo., we take shipping seriously and want to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in a timely and secure manner. Larger items ship insured by LTL carrier while smaller items ship insured by UPS. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address details correctly, as we cannot be responsible for additional charges, lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information. We will send you a confirmation email at the time of purchase, followed by a second email with shipping details when freight is scheduled.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
At Blue SteelCo., we stand behind the quality of our industrial products. All of our products have a 90 day warranty for manufacturer defects. If you find any issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem.
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Unused products may be returned within 90 days of purchase, but please note that return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. Custom fabrication orders are not eligible for returns.
